West Valley Mission Community College District student records will be frozen within seven days after issuance of a billing statement relating to non-returns or damage to Mission College Library materials. District student record blocks prevent students from registering for classes, and receiving grades or transcripts.

 

Mission College Library will block all student records relating to monies above $20 owed to Mission College Library for non-returned or damaged Mission College Library items.   Record blocks will be removed within 24 hours of payment.

 

Library borrowing privileges will be blocked for persons with long-overdue reserve materials, long overdue books, or fines totaling $5.00 or more related to Mission College materials. After the billing obligation and/or penalty is paid, or when item(s) are properly returned to a designated Library return chute and the related penalty is paid, borrowing privileges will be restored.
