Misuse will be reported by any library staff member on a case-by-case basis. Penalties will be decided for each case by a team of librarians, with final approval of the Library Director. Penalties may range from verbal warning to criminal prosecution. Penalties may be challenged in writing and will be reviewed by the Library Director and whomever he/she deems necessary for fair judgement.
